Christine and Scott, foreground, come down from Queensbury on a regular basis to eat breakfast with us, sharing their considerable wit and wisdom. They had to come a little farther on Saturday, as the Malta Ridge fire house was being renovated, and we were graciously accommodated instead by the Jonesville Methodist Church. The Malta Ridge Auxiliary came to help out, though, and we'll be splitting the proceeds with them.
This Saturday, Nov. 3, we have another fund-raiser coming up, operating the food concession for the craft fair at the Malta Community Center.
