Thursday's speaker was Vince DeLucia, Malta town supervisor since January, who spoke mainly about battling floods and storms his winter and spring. Malta Sunrise Rotary President Mike Williams is at left in the photo, next to Vince, with former Supervisor Paul Sausville and his wife Nancy, both members of our club, on the right.
